WITHIN GREECE
- We offer FREE shipping within Greece on all orders over 170€.
- The shipping cost for orders under 170€ is 4€, regardless of weight.
Μost of our orders are sent to our costumers via courier within 1–3 working days from ordering, depending on the destination. For some remote areas or island destinations the delivery time can be extended by 24 or 48 hours, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
- Pickup from Store: You can also choose to pick up your order from our physical store in Psachna, Evia. This option is free of charge, and you will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. Store address: Aristotelous 11, Psachna Evias, Greece, 34400.
WITHIN CYPRUS
For Cyprus, the shipping cost is 15€ regardless of the order value or weight.
Μost of our orders are sent to our costumers via courier within 2–6 working days from ordering, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may occasionally be extended by 24 to 48 hours. However, rest assured that we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
WITHIN OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
For European countries, the shipping cost is 25€ regardless of the order value or weight.
Μost of our orders are sent to our costumers via courier within 3–7 working days from ordering, depending on the destination. For some European countries the delivery time can be extended by 24 or 48 hours, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
WITHIN OTHER COUNTRIES
For all the other countries, the shipping cost is 35€ regardless of the order value or weight.
Μost of our orders are sent to our costumers via courier within 9-14 working days from ordering, depending on the destination. For some countries the delivery time can be extended by 24 or 48 hours, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note that in some countries , there may be extra charges arising out of import duties, exchange, customs clearance or other special charges for which the company assumes no responsibility and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
